Andean Explorer was created by Tito Olaza in 1990 as a means of opening the door for travelers and outdoor adventurers to this spectacular corner of the World. It is a website dedicated to providing useful and up-to-date information about the Huaraz area, including the adventures to be had in the Cordillera Blanca and Cordillera Huayhuash of Peru. The Andean Explorer team includes Tito Olaza at the helm, working with a group of professional expedition organizers, operators, guides, logisticians, and generally HUGE fans of this part of the World. What Andean Explorer endeavors to provide to its patrons is a match-making service so to speak, helping connect individuals or groups looking for the right hotel, right guide service, or simply the right information with exactly that.
