Come, meet a Native Peruvian Indian family and see how they live, work and play in a nice, clean environment. Enjoy a lavish lunch fixed in an Earthen pit with hot rocks (PACHAMANCA), home made soup and black corn tea. It is a wonderful and unforgettable and learning experience of the history of the area.
PACHAMANCA: Is a wonderful meal, where red, white and yellow potatoes are placed on top of the ashes, and topped with chicken and meat whapped in large leaves and tied. Some hot rocks are then placed on top. This is all covered with branches and leaves and dirt. This is left to be bake for 40 minutes. A very delicious meal is then enjoyed.
